Armagnac baba :

To put in a cool place during 1/4 hour, then taste it with an ice cream, with fruit cut in thin slices, or a fruit purée.
To keep in a cool place once open.

To be tasted as follows :
as a starter, with a foie gras,

as a dessert with an ice cream,
or at the very end of a meal with coffee.

White macerated currants and raisins, coated with chocolate made of 70% of cocoa, which strongly contrasts and tastes very good.
To be tasted at aperitif time or with a good coffee.
